Else-Maree our warmhearted cousin who lived so far away, but still had deep roots in Norway. You could focus on funny and sunny sides of life, but also handle life’s heavier challenges. You were a strong and loveable person. Rest in peace, Else-Maree

Sending heartfelt condolences from Norway. Elsa-Maree will be remembered as someone with a warm heart and a wonderful sense of humour. Her cheerful spirit and lightness made a lasting impression. She will be fondly remembered. May she rest in peace.
We were very sorry to hear about Maree’s passing. She was a quiet but memorable presence in the neighbourhood — always out in her garden or with her goats and dogs. She had a unique spirit, full of grit and warmth, and we’ll miss seeing her out and about.
