Died peacefully at Rubicon Grove after a short battle with illness. The family would like to thank the staff for their loving care.
Much loved son of Victor Wallace and Betty May O’Brien (both dec) and family steward for many aunts and uncles and an endless supply of cousins he loved dearly.
Devoted and loving father and Poppy miK (not an error) of son Daimen and grandchildren Zaylia, Anise, Keenan, Leith and Meliah.
Adored oldest brother and brother-in-law of a tribe of seven children and partners, Vikki and Robert Bourke, Michael and Tammy O’Brien, Grant and Mary O’Brien, Jan and Russell Townsend, Leigh and Jude O’Brien and Julian and Kellie O’Brien. Idolised uncle of his nieces and nephews.

The family and friends of the late Kim O’Brien are respectfully invited to attend a celebration of his life, which will be held in the Banksia Centre, 1 Anderson Street, Port Sorell, on MONDAY, October 23, 2023, commencing at 11am. This will be followed by a Private Interment. We invite you to view the service via live stream, please go to parksidefunerals.com.au At Kim’s request, we invite those attending to bring along a shell or rock to place as a tribute to Kim. Also, please bring your choice of refreshments and a picnic rug to join in celebrating Kim’s life in the grounds of the Banksia Centre at the conclusion of the service.
